• Responsible to maintain the Database of all PATed Jobs of Wireless and Fixed Network Projects.
• Responsible for PAT Document Approval from STC NRT, Analyzing PAT Rejection and Escalating to Project Teams for Quality Enhancement when Service Level Agreement has breached.
• Ensuring all As-Built Approval Letter received jobs to be submitted to Invoicing Team and updating report of PAT Rejected Jobs and Invoice Rejected Jobs.

• Directing E&M team in the implementation of FO Procedures. Preparation of Daily Outage Reports (SIR) containing details of service outage and action taken. Produce trouble ticket in WFM for network failure and updated in Daily Report for reference.

• Perform continuous availability and connectivity of network management system for every elements or sources. Performed weekly backup and at times as a procedure guide.
