• Responsible for PAT Document Approval from STC NRT, Analyzing PAT Rejection and Escalating to Project Teams for Quality Enhancement when Service Level Agreement has breached.

• Notifying Project Teams to provide Job Start Date and End Date to Customer in order to get Work Order Approval and to Initiate the work on sites accordingly as per STC Process.

Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Complete Scope (DAS/Civil/Electrical) Implementation and Integration of IBS New Sites and Maintenance.
• Providing Customer a Project Plan on Microsoft Project/PPT, Calculating Overall Budget, Project Costing and Risk Factors.
• Responsible to hold meeting with internal teams for Project Control Planning before Deploying Teams, Resource allocation on New Sites/Expansion Sites for Pre Installation Walk Test, Site Survey's consisting of Telecom, Civil & Electrical Scope.

• Allocating number of teams required as per scope/time frame committed to Customer and Aligning the team to work at site as per Floor Plan and Schematic diagram.
• Responsible to ensure all the Implementation stages run swiftly and Inspect the site and team while work in progress to ensure the Quality and Standards are attained within the contracted time.
• Responsible to hold meeting with customers in an interval of time to update them about the progress of the work at site and meet their expectations.

Job Responsibilities:
• Worked with Alcatel-Lucent as Project Engineer in LTE Wireless Network Engineering Department in Design and Planning projects and leading a team. Scheduling tasks, meetings and targets to be accomplished and pushing up resources and other departments involving in engineering scope to achieve planned goals.
• Design the Network Planning Strategies, guarantee the technical accuracy and logic of the scheme to achieve the management approval and put forward a long-term constructive plan based on requirements.

• Responsible to request Scope of Work (SOW) revision or Update in Site Change Order (SCO)/Site Acceptance Form (SAF).
• Responsible for maintaining Good Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), Service Level Agreement (SLA’s), QA/QC for Civil/RF and monitoring Team Performance in order to reach the Customer Satisfaction.
• Migrating all RF site-related information into NE tools as per Site Change Order (SCO) & SOW, sites that deliver Single RAN solution by incorporating 2G-900/1800, 3G-900/2100 and LTE-1800/2300.
• Responsible to coordinating with PMO team, Acceptance Team, Survey and Installation teams for any update and revision of scopes, Blocking issues regarding to MOP numbers, No. of Jobs, Cabinet Model Type, No. of Carriers Capacity, Tower Layout, Microwave Location, Antenna Types and Location, Feeder Cable Standards, Floor Plan approval to complete the Design or As-Built MOP’s.
• Coordinating with STC MOP reviewers regarding rejection or any kind of comments in the MOP to update.
• To study Final Detail Engineering Design (FDED) for Telecom, Civil and Power make necessary correction as per Customer Standards. To provide updated design to project team with complete information in order to perform the PAT.
• Coordinating with NE Tool support team for any kind of issue in NE Generated ODM’s, Work Orders, MOP number and Cabinet Location and there Configuration Design and As-Built.
• Checking the status of the MOP’s by Network Financial Tracking System (NFTS) to update mop as per rejection comments and resubmit to STC.
• Maintaining Daily Tracking Sheet for Design and As-Built status of each job for LTE Project.
• Worked for Ericsson-Mobily as E&M FO Team Leader and Surveillance Engineer on Multi Vendor Surveillance of Ericsson, Nokia Siemens, Huawei, Alcatel-Lucent & Motorola, MSC’s, BSC’s (CORE) & BSS 2G-3G.
• Worked on Monitoring Alarm Event Panels of IBM Tivoli NETCOOL, Ericsson OSS-RC, OSS Command Handling & WinFIOL, NSN NETACT Mobile Element Management System, Huawei iManager M2000, Motorola OMC-R, Alcatel-Lucent OMCR/Citirix.
• Monitor and Supervise E&M Problems reported in all 2G/3G Network of the Customer countrywide covered under Managed Services. This also includes providing escalation and notification of Minor, Major and Critical incidents/outages.
• Ensure to check the team performance in order to meet the Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) with Customer. Managing technical and management escalation to ensure fault is rectified within agreed SLAs.
• 1st level troubleshooting the mobile access failure and request a Field Engineer/NFME to attend the external power failure.
• Monitoring the BSS OSS network for all regions of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and escalating any failure to field engineer/NFM as an alarm, link down, external alarms and monitoring the performance of networks. Coordinate with different groups involved, for example between BO and DNOC, TNOC, etc and follow up with them until the TT is resolved.
• Request and inform to Transmission Microwave Engineer (TME) for any BSS failure on links and Commercial power failure as a Hub Sites categories.
• Sending Escalation, Update & Clearance message for Major or Critical issued on as a procedure guide (e.g.: Sending within 15 minutes & Cleared time after 15minutes & Group).
• To co-ordinate with Ericsson Team and Ericsson subcontractor during the BSS activities or MDT to ensure that activities or MDT are successful and recorded in our Site Access Log & Daily Report. Investigation and analysis of customer complaints related to E&M FO.
• Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports as required by the customer and Ericsson Management as well.
• Coordinate with Surveillance team and Subcontractors during the BSS activities or MDT to ensure that activities or MDT are successful and record in our Site Access Log and Daily Report. Coordination with Customer (Mobily) to resolve the day to day issues.
• Coordination with Subcontractors (Field Teams) to get the pending issues resolved on the earliest. Replying the customer queries to Front Office related to E&M.

• Arranging the schedule with Project Teams in order to arrange the Joint Visit with Subcontractors for new sites to check the RBS, Transmission, AC, DC Systems, cooling system and Civil works and ensure that the installations are as per the approved standards.
• Directing E&M team in the implementation of FO Procedures. Preparation of Daily Outage Reports (SIR) containing details of service outage and action taken. Produce trouble ticket in WFM for network failure and updated in Daily Report for reference.
• Perform continuous availability and connectivity of network management system for every elements or sources. Performed weekly backup and at times as a procedure guide.
• Prepare shift handover that includes all updated information with all activities that have taken place, to suggest actions and initiatives to enhance daily operations within Network Operation Center (NOC).
• Expertise in conducting MDT (Maintenance Down Time) for RBS Swap, Partial Upgrade and 2nd Carrier.
