Responsible for Planning and Management Accounting for International Banking Group, which includes UAE and Overseas Operations:
- Responsible for review & development of strategic priorities and recommendation of annual budgets, MBOs, Country & RM targets for the Group.

Work done for SCB Pakistan includes:
- Rollout of Basel II- Standardized Approach along with its reporting to the Central Bank & various tasks associated with the project, such as assessment of credit, market, operational risk and the capital charge for the Bank.
- Support the Group on various queries and updates regarding data warehousing for moving to the Basel II Advanced IRB Approach including reconciliation of various TP systems with BCRS, Risk appetite studies etc.
- Preparation of Minimum Capital Adequacy calculation, Basel- I along with its reporting and handling its audit issues
- IFRS Management Reporting to the Group with a focus on loans & advances schedules
- Assist in calculation and presentation of the monthly ALCO pack to senior management and the Group
- Preparation & reporting of Stress testing return for its onward submission to the Central Bank
- Involved in preparation of Budget for Finance and submission of quarterly forecasts

• Preparation of Islamic Banking Basel II Return for impact study done by the Central Bank of Pakistan according to IFSB

Conducted the Statutory audits and half yearly reviews of Muslim Commercial Bank Limited, including the audit of Treasury Division, Branches and various areas of Head Office including NPL and Consolidation etc. (June 2001 - December 2002).
