Project Engineering and Management of New Build Wet Screw Compressor packages
o Directed all phases of Wet & Advance Wet Screw Compressor Package projects from Engineering to Commissioning
o Boosted company revenue by more than USD 170K by utilizing execution skills in preventing loss and by change order management for RIL, JGC & Borealis packages.
o Pioneered timely project closeout of units for Borouge PO FRP Project, Abu Dhabi.

•Define and monitor KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators), Change Order management, Risk Assessment & Mitigation Plan and RCCM.
•Capitalized on available resources to successfully execute Installation & Commissioning service orders, Revamp orders and Annual Maintenance contracts.
•Enhanced utilization of Field Service Personnel to more than 90% meeting targets.
•Spearheaded QHSE team, resulting in ISO re-certification of the organization.
