Key Achievements:
 Cnergyico PK acquires Puma Energy Pakistan, the county’s 5th largest OMC with more than 500 Retail Outlets. Being a part of integral team, I have performed assets evaluation activity for allocating budget prior merger of the other OMC retail network into company’s existing retail network.
 Successfully Completed, Commissioned, and added 128 new projects into the network from FY 2018 to 2021. 16 new projects are completed till date during FY 2022 including signages and branding.
 Utilizing yearly REVEX budget of approx. PKR 80MLN for maintaining the outlook, aesthetics and EHS standards of all commissioned projects in the Retail Network.
 Setting up fuel automation system & ATG at commissioned projects phase wise.
 Commissioning of 2 prime projects in the Retail Network this year including Electric Vehicle Charging Solution with all allied facilities for customer attraction, on each project located in heart of the City.
Key Responsibilities:
 Leading & managing engineering team for defining project stage gate, for timely construction, completion, commissioning and handing over of Retail Fuel Stations in accordance to company standards, specification and EHS compliance.
 Conduct D-Level Safety Talk on various topics on weekly basis to promote safety culture in our daily routine, being an integral part of PSM (Process Safety Management).
 Act as key interface to deal with Government Organizations for applying / obtaining respective statutory approvals including NOC approval, Petroleum Storage Marketing License and the Annual Renewal of Marketing License etc.
 Strong focus on vendor management for the procurement of range of Retail Fuel Station components including steel canopy fabrication, calibrated storage tanks, fuel dispensers, flexible fuel pipe with mechanical down fitting, Auto Tyre Changer / Air gauge / Air compressor for Tyre shop facility, Hoist / Air Compressor / Platform for Carwash facility, Oil Suction Machine for Lube Oil Change. Generator / Solar solution as an alternate source.
 Liaison with branding vendors for maintaining stock of ACM, LED’s, power supplies, safety signs and safety equipment, Lube trolleys for lube display for complete signage & branding work of new projects into the retail network.
 Streamline all maintenance contracts / SLAs for Operational Retail Fuel Stations including Civil/Electrical/Mechanical, Signage Repair & Maintenance, Generator Parts Replacement, LED Repair & Maintenance, Dispensers Maintenance & Parts Replacement and the Cleaning & Maintenance contract.
 Utilize and adopt the knowledge of audit methodologies, key deliverables, work sessions, pre-audit reports, and the risk associated with operational Retail Fuel Stations.
 Responsible for the implementation on audit findings and recommendations if any, being mentioned during EHS audit, thus ensuring that they are fully understood and are ensured.
 Clearly communicate issues and associated risks and identify the root cause and the possible strategic implications.
 Effective correspondence / adequately communicating the issues and risks to the Management.
 Design and develop innovative and economical engineering solutions at Retail Fuel Stations, for a safe and sustainable business.
 Perform ad hoc activities / joint sessions / monthly and YTD performance review against the Planned Monthly / Yearly Targets being set by the management, as directed by VP / SGM / Immediate Supervisor.

• Focal person for all major correspondence with head office team.
• As a Senior Engineer, providing support to engineering team of North region including Motorway & other COCO sites.
• Cost estimation for constructing a new retail fuel station.
• Project tracking/ monitoring in relation with time, quality & cost.
• Construction, installation & commissioning of new development projects including KDR, Adoption, CNG conversion, NTI & LPG projects as per assigned targets, delivered 100 projects in FY 2016 and targeting 116 projects this year.
• Tracking the outlook & maintenance issues of sites with respective vendors for its closure within response time.
• Work in line with the HSSE standards/policies put forth by the company, at the same time developing awareness amongst contractors to maintain high safety standards while keeping up with tight schedules.

• Managing the outlook & maintenance program. by tracking complain log with vendors for its closure within response time.
• Focal person for managing signage vendor throughout the country and doing stock recon of company provided ACM on fortnight basis.
• Renovation work at regional office Multan from estimation till commissioning.

• Responsible to update progress of each cell site in a Cell Tracker Report on daily basis, a centralized report that can be accessed by PMO.
• Monitor the Civil & Environmental Works of BTS sites, BSC’s, MSC Buildings and Media Gateway.
• Coordination with Operation Department for resolving issues on site.
• Random visit for quality check and maintaining company standards.
• Prompt decision maker for early and effective completion of project.

• Cell site acquisition of PTML sites - Preparing feasibility report - Follow up with design consultants for detailed engineering drawings.
• Supervising construction work and quality assurance inspection of Cell sites before handing over it to the Client.
• Planning and scheduling construction work of UFone MSC building.

• Cell site acquisition of macro/ micro sites of green field and roof top sites - Feasibility analysis of proposed roof top sites vis-à-vis structural strength of existing residential and commercial buildings - Approving designs and drawings submitted by contractors - Construction supervision.

• Involved in various office based activities of interior renovation of Avari Tower Hotels, Former BP offices, Maersk offices etc. starting from quantity surveying, preparation of monthly progress reports with data collection from sites, minutes of meeting.
