Welcome guests upon entering the salon.
Answering the phone and scheduling appointments for all stylists, technicians and therapists.
Answering questions about salon services and products.
Handling money and operating cash register.
Selling appropriate retail products to customers.
Serving clients refreshments and beverages.
Keeping the salon front clean, professional looking and inviting.
Receptionist
Greet and welcome visitors and patients to the clinic, make them comfortable while taking information regarding their visit to the clinic.
Registers patients according to established protocols.
Assists patients to complete all necessary forms and documentation including medical insurance.
Ensures patient information is accurate including billing information.
Recording and collecting patient charges; controlling credit extended to patients.
Maintains and manages patient records.
Moves patients through appointments as scheduled.
Answers incoming calls and deal with inquiries.
Transfers calls as required.
Schedules patient appointments.
Completes other clerical duties as assigned.
Maintains stock of forms and office supplies.
Ensures reception area is well maintained, neat and clean.

Accounts Assistant/Inventory Controller
Performs day to day financial transactions.

Calculates salary and overtime; responsible of submitting salary transfers to the bank.
Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices.
Prepares bills, invoices and bank deposits; ensuring that all revenues are deposited in the bank.
Preparation of cheque payments.
Posts customer payments by recording cash, cheques, and credit card transactions.
Maintains accounting records by making copies; filing documents.
Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; tracks orders and investigates problems.
Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer generated reports.
Compiles inventory information and present it to management for effective decision making which may include the need for restock, and so on.
Investigating inventory shortages and discrepancies.
