Knowledge of AHU, FCU, CHILLER, Package, Split AC, CCU Unit, VRV unit. ❖ Instruction to technicians maintain cooling housing area. monthly Preventive maintenance of AHU, FCU, Split, Package, Chiller. ❖ Received complaint from Help Desk and check and repair with team and Find out the problem and trouble shooting. ❖ Instruction to all technicians, Vacuum and charging Freon if needed the unit, Clean dirty filter Of AHU, FCU for good cooling and change fan belt If broken. ❖ All work order collect from help desk and give to technician when work finished Fill-up and submitting to our Boss superintendent. ❖ Routine inspection package units, FCU, AHU, Motor, Chiller. ❖ Check and troubleshot equipment; set and adjust controls in site. ❖ Instruction to all technicians work with proper PPE and flow all safety rules. ❖ Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-annually, Annually PPM check list off Chiller, AHU, FCU, Split, Package unit given to Technician and instruct him to do proper PPM and clean all dirty filter, outdoor unit condenser coil with water. ❖ Prepare daily progress report as per group wise. ❖ Carryout field toolbox discussion before start work. ❖ Arrange scaffold where necessary to use platform & Inspection. ❖ Before work on scaffolding inspected properly and put green tag. ❖ Roles and Responsibilities of Fire Fighters, Fire Risk Assessment And Safe Evacuation. ❖ As per Engineer instruction arranges workforce men power. ❖ Equipment Selection as per duty condition. ❖ Knowledge of Ventilations & Pressurization. ❖ Attend and Participate in meetings regarding work to be done. ❖ Attending training classes.
