Responsible for all Instruments calibration and moreover,
Providing lab support to pre-commissioning, Commissioning Startup up & Maintenance till reliability test activities.
Worked as lead Supervisor, Responsible for the HRSG, STG & WTP for Complete Instrumentation works including Instruments Installation, cable tray, conducting, Cable Pulling, control Wiring works, and Pre-commissioning works (Continuity, Cold & hot loop checks).
Assisting client in Commissioning, Startup and Maintenance of all Instrumentation related activities. Personally provide technical input and hands on skills to the resolution of maintenance problems. Prepare daily management reports based upon analysis of previous day’s activities.
Sound knowledge about PTW (Permit to work system) and different types of permits such as hot work permit, Cold work permit, Confined Space Entry permit. As a team member I was involved in Loop Checking, Troubleshooting, Commissioning, startup and Maintenance(Preventive & Shutdown) of Field Instruments like Pressure/Flow/ /Level transmitters, Temperature, vibration monitoring system (BENTELEY NEVEDA 3300) like Radial, Axial, Key Phasor, and Speed Element using TK3.
Loop Checking and Stroke Checking of MOV (Rotork), Control Valves, On/Off Valves world renowned makes like Fisher Controls DVC 6000 series ABB etc. Calibration & loop cheek of Gas detector, Thermocouple and Pt 100 RTD), Switches, I/P Converters, Solenoid Valves, ESDV, Anti surge control valve, Limit Switches, Mass Flow Meters, Displacer type Level transmitter, Radar type of level Transmitter, Carioles type of flow measurement, Ultrasonic type of flow measurement, Vortex Flow meter, Electromagnetic Flow Meters (Endress Hauser), etc. Hands on Experience of working Gas Detectors like H2S, S02, HC, O2 & CO2.
Checking, Troubleshooting and Calibration of Field mounted instruments i.e. Local Gauges, Transmitters (Temp, Level, Flow, and DP) and Switches etc. Loop checking, Troubleshooting and maintenance of Flame Detectors.
Energization of control Panels/Interface panels, junction boxes and Segment checking of Foundation Field bus JBs.
Having ability to follow PLC ladder logic and functional block diagram. Involved in logic checking’s.
