Duties:
o Design experiments to support research in Nanoparticle Systems. Characterisation of Nanoparticle
assemblies using analytical and hydrodynamic techniques including Standard and Multi-wavelength
Analytical Ultracentrifugation; Mass Spectrometry (ESI-MS, MALDI); FTIR; UV-Vis-NIR, Fluorescence
and Raman Spectroscopies; Electron Microscopy, Cyclic Voltammetry, Ellipsometry & Light Scattering.
o Computational data analysis and scientific writing skills.
o Managing the day to day running of the lab and responsible for research safety.
o Supervise and mentor graduate students.
