* Advise the workers for Chemical Hazards and use of proper PPE.
* Strictly implementation of better housekeeping for the job site.
* Defining to company management any need of special emergency, risk, safety and fire
protection, fire fighting systems and necessary training.
* Reminding all workers that the safety in the best policy and to target zero accident.
Electrical Safety Responsibilities:-
* Daily inspection of electrical cords, connections and electrical system.
*Earthling / grounding and other safety devices.
* Induction to new worker.
* Checking proper illumination.
* Checking specific P.P.E. for electrical workers.
Reports Permits Responsibilities:-
* Daily safety observation report.
*Accident / Incident investigation Report.
*Yearly safety reports (Frequency Rate, Severity Rate etc).
* Compliance report on Legislation and Standards.
* Monthly Plant inspection report.
* Violation report.
*Hot work & Cold work permit.
* Excavation work permit.
*Permit to work in confined space.
* Permit for working at heights.
* PTW, LOTO etc.
