• Answer to customer question and queries. Handle Escalations.
• Document controlling
• Managing closing for the cash and card billed and sent the appropriate report to required person.
-To interact with client. Understanding their Service level agreement (SLA).
-Help team with the best of the resolution and giving them updates.
-Inform right parties for venue and other arrangements.
-Regular meet and brief with team for update and feedback.
-Call Monitoring
-To interact with the client regarding the signing of the mortgage documents.
-Communicate with the 14 funders in USA regarding the loan status.
-Control the document received by client and uploads them accordingly to the related loannumbers.
-Preparing several reports and sends back to the client.
-Handling tech support call.
-Giving updates to the team received from client
-Verifying the License and the Practicing address for MD, DO andother practitioners.
-Giving updates to the team in terms of policies and database file.
-Mentoring to new comers and handling team in absence on Team Leader.
-Customer support, Complaint handling and responding to customer E-mail.
-Verifying the Prepaid offer through IVR.
-Policies updating and maintaining DATABASE track in daily basis for customer.
-Handling team in absence of Team Leader, which also includes Mentoring, Coaching and giving
updates to the team.
