• Engineering of IT Administrator-related solutions for various project and operational needs.
• Responsible for maintaining systems and networks (wired and wireless) to meet security requirements. Ensuring High Availability and Redundancy.
• Recommend, Implement and Assure compliance with policy and procedures affecting technology infrastructure.
• Install and Configure new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, routing & switching, firewall policies, HP CPPM for dynamic role-based access control for seamless security enforcement and response across wired and wireless networks, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements and maintain configuration procedures according to system standards.
• Configuring and Maintaining 3 different zones Enterprise zone, Demilitarize Zone and Manufacturing Zone.
• Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks. Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale.
• Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
• Perform daily backups operation, ensuring all required file systems and system data had backed up successfully to the appropriate DR site which includes effective DR planning.
• Perform regular file archival and maintain tested restore point for all servers.
• Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.
• Provide Tier III/other support per request from various constituencies. Investigate and troubleshoot issues.
• Repair and recover from hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies maintenance.
• Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure / add new services as necessary.
• Upgrade and configure system software that supports Saudi Bio infrastructure applications or Asset Management applications per project or operational needs.
• Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning.
• Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required. Configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required.
• Maintain Data Center environmental and monitoring equipment.
• Completes all responsibilities as outlined on annual performance plan.
• Responsible for IT Infrastructure Planning, Implementation, Configuration, Troubleshooting & Monitoring of all Server and Network devices of the organization.
• SOP Documentation, Asset Management, Network Diagrams and Vendor coordination \[PO till SLA Escalation\].
• Planning and Regular Monitoring of our DATA Center related stuffs.
• Configuring, troubleshooting and Monitoring AD, DHCP, DNS, Group policy, Hyper V, IIS, FTP, Print Management and WSUS etc.
• Installation, Configuration, Troubleshooting, Resource management and Replication Hyper V and VM Wares.
• Responsible for Network, WEB, Email, Wireless, Endpoint and Advanced Protection
VoIP and Server Load Balancing, Internet Access and Application Controls.
• Configuring, Protection & Monitoring Remote Access & Site-To-Site VPN Access.
• Configuring, Troubleshooting & Monitoring Cisco, Linksys, D-link etc. wired or wireless Routers & Switches and Access Point etc.
