➢ OPM - Managed a team of 26 Y2K-Consultants for Y2K conversion project of 42 systems consisting of 800 programs, one million lines of code utilizing Cobol, Natural 2 and Fortran, SAS, and others, in an IBM mainframe environment; systems totaled $6.4M of $11.2M project.
➢ ABCBS - Played major role in Year 2000 technical and business impact assessments on several major systems by conducting surveys and interviews with subject matter experts. Participated in risk management committee to identify and mitigate project risks.
➢ Nextel - Managed roll out of commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) Y2K compliant products for all regions covered by Nextel, using MS-Project.

➢ As block chief, managed customizations to uncollectible and treatment sub-systems associated with customer care CLIP- ARICS (A/R Inquiry and Collection Systems) system for GTE & Portugal Telecom.
➢ Interpreted user requirements into high-level function systems design and detailed system designs to produce technical program specs.
➢ Developed and maintained project plans for each subsystem using MS-Project.
