• Deploy and support liner hanger systems (mechanical, hydraulic,
cemented, non-cemented, off-bottom, drop-off) across onshore and
offshore locations in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Iran, Bahrain, India,
Kazakhstan, and offshore Arabian Gulf, North Sea, Caspian Sea, and
Black Sea.
• Execute rigless completion operations including frac jobs, shifting and
milling operations, Tandem Polish Mill runs, and upper completion
installation.
• Attend and contribute to pre-job meetings (CWOP); review job design
and confirm equipment selection and processes are fit for purpose.
• Ensure open, daily, and detailed communication with office
throughout job deployment; prepare post-job reports maintaining
professional standards.
• Perform tool breakdown, inspection, maintenance, and reassembly in
workshop environment between field assignments.
• Coordinate with third-party service providers, drilling and completion
teams, and client representatives at the wellsite.
• Mentor and support junior field personnel; promote HSE culture and
ensure full compliance with safety procedures and certifications (H2S,
First Aid, CPR).
• Consistently deliver NPT reduction through proactive troubleshooting,
precise pre-job calculations, and thorough preparation.

• Managed planning, budgeting, and execution of liner hanger and
completion programmes; led multidisciplinary field teams.
• Prepared detailed job programmes, cost estimates, and post-job
performance reports; implemented process improvements.

• Responsible for well control on gas and oil wells; supervised rescue
team operations.

• Drilling and workover operations on gas and oil wells; HPHT
completions, liner hangers, permanent and retrievable packers.
• International assignments across Europe, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan,
Ukraine, Turkey, Iran, Saudi Arabia, India, Kuwait, Georgia.
