Duties and responsibilities:
* Driving and maximizing all sales opportunities.
* In depth experience & understanding of the market channel.
* Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes.
* Work to develop the Company Name in the market
* Handling the existing client & company.
* Can identify key opportunities & efficiencies for greater profitability.
* Working strategically to ensuring sales targets are met.
* Experience of setting targets and monitoring performance.
* Managing time, establish priorities and delegating effectively.
* Keeping top management informed of changes in my areas of responsibility
* Managing and motivating staff to increase sales and ensure business efficiency
* Able to prepare budgets and cost estimates.
* Liaising with local authorities and regulatory bodies on business related issues.
Providing the necessary coaching, support & guidance to assist new staff.
* Responsible for Aqua Division from establishing to get and executing of the projects.

Achieve company budgeted sales revenue
* Achieve the budgeted percentage margins
* Achieve the collection target with the collection department
* Achieve closing Percentage
* Build up a fully functional and trained sales team
Achieve the divisional target
* Achieve the individual sales target
* Prepare weekly and monthly sales plan for the branch
* Follow up team performance on a weekly basis and compare it with target
* Review, follow-up, and approve RFI, RFQ, RFP
* Create new Enquiry
* Handling the existing client & company.
* Decide profit margin for each project considering the current market competitions
* Revise and approve contracts conditions and make sure advance payment and
payment terms is acceptable.
* Attend the branch kick off meeting
* Evaluate market performance
* Build strong relationship with decision makers
* Run marketing and promotional campaign
* Visit, Royal family offices, business consultant, contractors, VIP clients
Set plans for staff regarding overall view
* Predict and respond to market trends
* Supervise a team of sales representatives
* Distribute target according to potentiality
* Set monthly and weekly plan
* Review sales achievement for each sales representative
* Negotiating Sales agreements with the clients
* Providing management with sales status reports
* Present Maples Creative Solutions Company and services, to potential clients and update existing
clients on the latest developments within the market.
* Emphasize on company service features, quote prices & credit terms, and prepare sales orders.
* Attend exhibitions, conferences, meetings, and other promotional opportunities. Ensure Maples
Creative Solutions representation at such events is professional for maximum exposure of
Company image and presence.
* Ensure customer requests and queries are replied to promptly.
* Maintain and enhance relationship with major accounts; promote positive relations with customers
and major consignees.
* Participate in the development of sales goals and objectives.
* Maintaining and updating knowledge of market trends, competitor’s movements
* Build strong and direct relations with advertisement decision makers.
* Close follow-up to all contracts and execute on time (committed to dead line).
Duties and responsibilities:
* Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and software
* Upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems
* Network cabling preparation
* Customize policies and security permissions through windows environment
* Ensure secured access and performance in all systems
* Install and configure antivirus solutions
* Backup visitor’s data if needed
