1)Planning of construction work, (weekly and monthly basis).
2)Supervision work (Bridge Cofferdam work, pile cap& pier Column Construction work, site land development, Steel Building work, Roadwork, drainage system, etc)
3)Supervision existing Bridge Sub-Structure River bed investigation, obstacle cleaning removal work for SPSP & temporary Cofferdam work
4)Supervision heavy sheet pile drive work, Steel girder setting work for cofferdam, piling work, excavation & RCC sub- structure work
5)Review site related construction drawings and ensure contain the necessary quality related requirements prior to release for construction
6)Preparing construction related RFI & RFC and submit to consultant
7)Site work (RFC) Inspection with consultant
8)Check site daily reports and site work progress
9)As team leader (concrete in-charge) making bridge all concrete program, implementation by concrete plant barge team with sub. con
10) Proper guide lines sub-contractor & labour to ensure the construction work as per structural & architectural drawing.
11)Site Management, working design review, developing as per approved design, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
12)Provide advice and resolve creatively site related emerging problems
13)Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders
14)Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
15)Check sub-con bill
16)Instruction and guidelines and regulations including site work permits, safety etc.
