Ensure that equipments are in good working order so as to prevent disruption of activities.
Schedule and undertake periodic maintenance on all electrical equipment, components, and installations.
Keep record of all stock and supplies, including company‘s electrical equipment.
Provide safe working environment for members of staff, and ensure electricity induced accidents and mishaps are prevented.
Diagnose the electrical problems, lead trouble shooting process; replace or repair parts, test and make adjustment, when required.
Working with specialist equipment, such as Chillers, Air handling unit (AHU) and Cranes.
Provide technical support, maintenance and operation of the equipment (car, vehicle, …etc).
Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.
Controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment.
