Ensure proper specifications on Purchase Requests, before sending out Request For Quotations & tenders to suppliers and confirm receipt.
Ensure availability of funds before initiating any procurement process, follow up on requesting department budget.

Consider a strategy in acquiring the item in best form & lowest cost to the company.
Uphold negotiations on procured items, in terms of cost, after sale service & support.

Using ERP system to follow on Purchase Requests (PR's) from the Corporate departments, issue the suitable type of Purchasing request (RFP, RFQ, RFI) to the vendors and select the appropriate vendor for the requester.
Handling quality assurance testing, fueling site Automation using RFID, support related issues and documentations.
Worked as an Intern for a period of 3 months at Ecosensa Sdn. Bhd. A member of EPCglobal and an
RFID promoter in Malaysia. Through the period of my training I have been introduced to the various
RFID systems in which the company is enrolled such as asset and file management and guard patrolling
systems, as well as meeting clients and demonstrating to them the various types of RFID systems that
maybe suitable for their environment and management purposes. I have also learnt to design a website
using PRESTASHOP which allows the users to purchase products online; a training module consisting
of 80 pages was also created explaining how the website was designed and how it can be used as future
reference. I have also worked in a team to assist in completing company projects.
