Fabricate all LV Power Distribution and Control Panels, Designing & Sales of switch-gears according to customer needs keeping in mind the Standards and Electrical Codes.
Responsibilities:
• Designing the switch-gear according to Electrical standards or as per customer requirement.
• Designing Power & Control wiring diagrams and Layouts on different CAD software.
• Estimation & Designing Power and Control Panels which include: Auto/Manual Transfer Switches (using Deep Sea, Schneider Electric, Crompton and Comap controllers), Synchronizing Panels, Capacitor Bank or Power Factor Correction Panels, Motor Starting Panels (Motor Control Centers with VFDs and Soft Starters), SCADA & Automation Panels, Lighting Panels, Power Distribution Panels, HVAC Control Panels.
• Programming PLC, DDC and other controllers as per the requirement.
• Calculation of Bus Bar Sizes and Ampere ratings.
• Excellent knowledge on Low Voltage control products: Circuit Breakers (their short-circuit currents), Relays, Current & Voltage Transformers, Contactors, Meters, Controllers, Sensors, Programmable Logical Controllers, DDC, RTU, Soft Starters, Variable Frequency Drives and many other control products.
• Possess vast knowledge on Low Voltage products available in several brands like Schneider, Siemens, ABB, LG/LSIS, GE, Mitsubishi, Legrand and other European & American brands available in the market.
• Can differentiate between forms of Separations in Enclosures.
• Responsible for collecting data related to the design from client.
• Co-ordinate with the clients related to the requirements.
• Motivating the technicians to keep up with the delivery time promised with clients.
• FAT tests like Insulation Resistance, Hi-Voltage and making a Test report at the end of each test and then finalizing it for delivery.
Execute Projects of Medium and high voltage power system testing Commissioning, installation, maintenance of power systems and turnkey solutions for ABB/Saudi Electricity Company and Sam Young KSA.
Projects:
1. 110/13.8KV, Shuhada Substation Taif:
• Effective planning, organizing, estimating, scheduling and monitoring of work activities.
• Installation and supervision of all Electrical related works, i.e. installation of high and low voltage, Cable trays and cable ladders, Switchgears, HT, LT Panels.
• Laying, termination, testing and commissioning of Power and Control cables.
• Made different test like Function test, CT & VT test, CB test, Insulation and contact resistance test
• Scheme check, testing of protection devices and insulation systems.
• Line protection, bus bar and breaker protection and earth fault protection.
• Analyze reports, drawings, tests, and other data to plan and design work.
• Supervise and organize the electricians.
2. Shoaiba Phase II CCPP:
• Responsible for Plan, schedule and organize site staff, material and activities as per the daily scheduled progress plan.
• Preparation of cable pulling schedule and lead the team for the cable pulling works, tagging and terminations.
• Installation of cable and ensuring the method is as per the related codes, specifications and drawings from the client.
• Attend Project meetings to discuss tasks pertaining requirement and progress for the project and get approval on strategies for handling the project and team selection etc.
• Coordinate and supervise all electrical activities and operations, required for project.
• Installation of electrical cables for medium voltages, low voltages.
• Ensures work is performed efficiently and safely in accordance with safety.

• Troubleshooting of RFO issues according to KPIs using iManager M2000 software.
