• Responsible for preparing accreditation documentation for PUC accreditation visit. Collecting, reviewing and verifying all required information and documents from all departments of ACK; and prepare the full report along with appendices to present to PUC matching their requirements and formatting procedure.
• Preparation of accreditation documentation for Engineers Australia. Work very closely with “School of Engineering” to prepare the accreditation documents along with appendices to Engineers Australia. ACK got the accreditation from EA for all engineering departments (Mechanical, Civil, Electronics & Control and Petroleum) in 2013.
• Updating Policies and Procedures and making sure of the validity, signature authorization as part of the ISO 9001 process.

• Working very closely with Heads of Degree Departments in Business and Engineering with regards to accreditation process.

• Student advising with regards to scheduling and selecting the right units.
• Working very closely with the Office of Registrar with related to units enrollment and students under probation.
• Assisting the Director of Academic Affairs in communicating with heads of departments and instructors.
• Working on Power Campus Software for students’ database, scheduling and transcripts.
Special projects which include Management Information System (MIS), Staff Database updates on Intranet, Stationary Order for the whole college. I worked as an Administrative Assistant for the Director of Support Services, worked at the Corporate Training Department, worked at IT Department, worked with Office of Registrar on ARMS and VETrak / printing and distributing Report Cards and worked on room bookings on CELCAT). Project Team was responsible for quality assurance as the college is in the process of getting ISO 9001 Certificate.

• Participating in Book Order for Early Learning Centre (ELC) - Library.

• Team Leader and responsible for all CIS (Council of International Schools) correspondences. During my work the school got the initial approval of CIS Accreditation and it was registered as a member in the CIS membership list.

Informing them about upcoming trade missions sponsored by the U.S. Department of Commerce.
- Contacting Kuwaiti government officials to obtain information on key tenders.
- Providing American Companies with quality information about Kuwaiti companies through different types of programs: Contact List (CL) which costs $200, Local Company Profile (LCP) which costs $600, and God Kay (GK) which costs $1200.
- Responsible for the following sectors: Health Technologies, Information & Communication, Environmental Technologies, Security & Safety, Agriculture & Engineering, Textiles, Apparel & Sporting Goods, Consumer Goods & Home Furnishing and Cosmetics.

Working as a Team Leader and I was responsible for my group concerning sales, marketing, order processing, invoicing, delivery, staff problems and customer problems.
Accomplishing very important projects required communication and local area networks and special systems. There was a huge demand for computers and networking solutions after Iraqi Invasion to Kuwait. I have worked with most of governmental organizations such as (Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Planning, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Public & Social Works, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Public Authority for Applied Education (PAAET), Kuwait University (KU), Amiri Diwan, Kuwait Airways, Public Ports Authority, and Public Institution for Social Securities….etc
Helping in resolving troubleshooting at the customer site. Working on the printer drivers for Microsoft Arabic Works since 4C was the official distributor of Microsoft Software Products.
Developing programs using Basic Language (School Curriculum) and publishing Teachers’ Handbooks for different subjects, e.g.: Dbase, AW, Lotus, Turbo Pascal using Macintosh System.
GPA was out of 9. My GPA was 7.4 (B+). My name was in the honor list for the first 2 year.
