Responsibilities:

 Responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure including server hardware, data storage and Backups.
 Installation & Configuration of HP Servers by using RAID Technology.
 Designing, implementing and managing Active Directory environment.
 Responsible for administering Active Directory users, groups, security Policies and maintaining other objects in the 2008 Active Directory.
 Responsible for Servers monitoring and keeping it up-to-date all the time with antivirus definitions and software updates.
 Diagnosing and troubleshooting incidents with comprehensive adherence to ITIL
standards.
 Integrate packages and software deployments, distributions throughout the
organization of all workstations and servers.
 Monitor production deployment process and provide rollout status / update reporting as required.
 Provide on-going support of corporate XP, Windows 7 Clients (32/64bit) as well as
Windows Server 2008R2
 Maintaining and monitoring asset intelligence information
 Responsible for daily backup operations, ensuring all required data base & file systems are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks and media is sent off site as necessary.
 Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to Servers, Backups and WAN Link issues
and escalate unresolved issues to third level of support and coordinate until resolution.
 Produce reports on a weekly & monthly basis to communicate achievements, issues and priorities.
 Develop and maintain documentation of all infrastructures deployed to support
Windows and associated applications.
 Maintaining maximum availability of supported services for users.
 Documenting the steps performed while troubleshooting in the Remedy
