Supervision of all activities in microbiology lab for analysis of sterile and non sterile products.
Also, giving technical support to overcome technical issues that appear during analysis processes as well as enhancing KPIs like trends of the analysis of the products.
Optimization of operation cost to meet the estimated budget and acheive the required volumes.
Manage the lab activities through task distribution, analyst qualification, process developments. etc.
Give support for chemical lab team in chemical analysis for sterile cephalosporin products
Handling Veeva quality documentation system as a local business administrator that manage implemntation of guidline regarding documentation sytem across the site
Performing chemical analysis of all dosage forms finished products using various instruments and techniques for example: HPLC, UPLC, atomic absorption spectrometry, UV-Vis Spectrophotometry and FTIR spectrometry
• Chemical and physical analysis of sterile cephalosporin products and raw materials using different instruments which include HPLC Agilent 1100, 1260, GC Schimadzu 2010, UV diode array detector spectrophotometer Agilent, Rudolf labs Polarimeter, Schimadzu FTIR spectrometer for full scheme analysis of these materials.
• Microbiological analysis of Sterile Cephalosporin finish products and raw materials as well like sterility testing, endotoxin test, sub visible particulate count. Also, environmental monitoring of clean rooms in production area and in lab as well, water analysis for purified water and WFI samples.
• Participate in validation processes for chemical and microbiological tests like assay, PET and perform stability studies for products on long term and accelerated scales.
• Participate in writing and proofreading of SOPs and methods of analysis and stick to GLP guide lines
