 Verification of all Purchases, Imports and Expense related documents as per company’s policy and accounting standards.
 Posting all the Purchase, Imports and expense invoices into SAGE accurately in a timely manner.
 Reconciliation of AP Vendors on timely manners and finding discrepancies, if any.
 Releasing payment on a timely manner considering ageing and agreed payment terms.
 Follow up with Vendors in case of any discrepancies noticed.
 Follow up with Vendors in case of delay in submission of invoices.
 Continuous Coordination with Purchaser and Warehouse keeper.
 Addition and updating of VENDORS masters.
 Maintaining the Vendors portal with necessary and accurate information and documents.
 Monitoring the Overdue Payable and resolving it as soon as possible.
 Providing invoice details about the payment release to all the vendors along with TT receipts.
 Tracking advance paid and monitoring the double payment, if any.
 Posting all payments entries and updating the SOA.
 Posting all entries into system in a timely manner.
 Monitoring and Handling Cash and Bank and related activities.
 Maintaining Cash expense documents.
 Posting all cash entries in compliance with VAT rules into SAGE.
 Reconciliation & review of Inventory on a quarterly basis.
 Preparing Monthly Bank Reconciliation and passing necessary journal entries in sage.
 Preparing Monthly VAT Returns and reconciliations.
 Maintaining fixed asset register, prepayment schedules, provisions, PRO ledger & advances to suppliers.
 Maintaining advance records for imports to avoid duplication.
 Support in issuing performance bonds and guarantees.
 Assisting in preparation of financials such as Income Statement, Cash Flow and Balance Sheet.
 Undertaking Stock Audit.
 Support in completion of statutory audit.
 Team member in making budget and forecasting.
