Infrastructure ( Networks and drainage )
Duties includes but not Limited to:
- Supervising a team of 15 drainage workers on daily basis
-Execute network works and deliver it to consultative engineer
- Supervising a team of 20 finishing workers on daily basis
-Follow up the daily work and plans set by the company to catch up with the schedule
-Regular checks on the process of the projects until completion and handing them over to the senior engineers
(Sub-Contractor with TELECOM EGYPT COMPANY)
-Reviewing, planning and assigning the daily tasks for the team to make sure the work is done according to specifications required.
- Reviewing and checking the stock of materials and all supplies are in place and meets the work needs for final completion check.
-Regular checks on the process of the projects until completion and handing them over to the senior engineers
Sub-Contractor with ARAB CONTRACTORS COMPANY
-Supervising a team of 10 construction workers on daily basis
-Establishing the level and survey control for contracts set out detailed works as per the contract drawings.
-Produce procurement schedules for the jobs and liaise with the procurement department to ensure site have adequate resources to complete the tasks required in timely manner.
-Planning and supervising the whole project of constructing a 6 floors building
-Making sure the all the legal requirements and permissions have been obtained and met
-Preparing the Building Plans, designs, required materials, work-force and estimates for completion
- Supervision of all implementation items for the construction of residential towers and villas.
- Preparing the design and executive drawings of the project.
- Receiving various works of specialized contractors.
