5- Provide information to pilots, such as weather updates, runway closures, and other critical information.
6- Alert airport response staff, in the event of an aircraft emergency.

4-Obtain qualification to Release aircraft "Safe for Flight" within thirty (30) days of start date and maintain qualification while assigned as an Aircraft Issuer / Dispatcher.
5-Utilizing Aircraft Issue Form designate and issue aircraft that meet mission requirements for scheduled instructor pilots and students.
Direct pilot-reported discrepancies to appropriate maintenance personnel.
6-Assist student and instructor pilots in completion of required maintenance forms.
7-Maintain / review Aircraft Discrepancy Books (ADB) to ensure accuracy.
8-Coordinate special / cross country flights with squadron flight duty officer.
