Leading the talent acquisition function in the Infrastructure Investment Sector.
My job duties include:
- perform analysis of hiring needs and produce employee hiring forecast
- Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies for the entire infrastructure investment sector.
- Find & analyse bottlenecks in the recruiting process to improve the process
- Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes
- Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience
- Supervise recruiting personnel
- Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events
- Use metrics to generate KPIs reports and identify areas of improvement
- Keep track of metrics on a weekly/monthly basis for reporting to the talent acquisition head.
1-Compensation&Benefits:
- Assist in developing dynamic bonus system which support company objectives.
-Prepare annual budget for various compensation items.
-Review & Monitor monthly budget (Basics-Variables-Allowances) & outsource budget (Merchandisers - Deliveries)
-Support in various regional projects around incentive plans, market data analysis (allowance, benefits, variable pay plans)
-Handle the annual Reward events such as competitive data analysis, Reward investment budget, &annual campaigns to drive base pay change
-Conduct Monthly Payroll Audit in order to ensure compliance and governance.
2-Organization Design / Development
-Provide guidance and advisory to Managers in goal-setting & KPI the performance review process
-Ensure completion of performance appraisal &review outputs
-Assist in creating policies & procedures & ensure following it
-Consult with managers to improve employee’s effectiveness through develop career path, talent review, promotion opportunities
3-Learning & Development:
-Conduct TNA according to Performance management results.
-Prepare annual training plan & budget according to TNA result & Training matrices.
-Assist in evaluating training programs impact
-Ensure timely announcement of functional training plan & monitor progress & budget.
-Provide continues counseling to employees on their development needs & advise them on relevant training programs.
-Managing the delivery of training and development Programs&revise a training strategy for the company.
4-Talent Management & Talent Acquisition:
-Develop annual recruitment plan according to recruitment needs.
-Search for & screen potential profiles from all defined recruitment sources & channels.
-Communicate job offers to accepted candidates
-Conduct exit interviews
5-Employer Branding &Culture Transformation & Employee Engagement:
-Design customized recognition program for each business line as part of the corporate recognition program
-Create the year employer branding calendar
