o Implement and apply the QHSE Systems. (Food Safety, GMP, HACCP, QMS, Hygiene, 5S …)
o Support production in managing projects in relation with quality improvement initiatives.

o Road show to all warehouses and all whom may concern to explain followed quality process, production and handling at the factory (to involve all whom may concern as well accumulative consecutive other dept. Part to reach one goal which is best end quality product to our consumers).

o Lead initiatives of Plant and Corporate goals, i.e., NCE, continuous improvement in Safety, Food Safety, Quality, and manufacturing efficiencies.
o Working as a trainer for quality and food safety and HSE courses.
o Ensure that safety standards are maintained and continually seek ways to improve safety standards.
o Establish and ensure implantation of best safety practices.
o Ensure that all personnel have received appropriate safety and health training as stipulated in HSE manual.
o Establish and maintain a system incident reporting, investigation and analysis as stipulated in the HSE Manual.
o Conduct Safety Department Review at least once every quarter to review the achievements of the Safety and Health Objectives and improvements to the HSE manual
o Update the Safety and Health Manual and follow-up on recommendations of safety committees or relevant authorities
o Investigate and report all reportable accidents: internally to relevant persons, and externally to the relevant authorities
o Deploy Safety personnel to monitor and maintain safety and health, prevent and fight fires, respond to accidents and control environment pollution
o Applying general health and safety procedure.
o Control work to permit system, method statements, test certificate & risk assessments.
o Fully conversant with the requirements of the company HSE policy.
o Prepare & issued HSE Monthly Score Card and annual HSE reports.

• Serve as the primary quality control resource for problem identification, resolution, loss reporting and continuous improvement. Investigate and correct customer issues and complaints relating to quality.
• Manage quality control personnel on a day-to-day basis.
• Support Research and Development efforts by participating in design development projects representing quality assurance and the customer.
• Design, implement and document procedures for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection.

o Distribute work assignments and ensure on-time completion and release of raw materials, final products.
o Ensure raw material, in-process, bulk product, and finished product testing is scheduled efficiently and in support of production scheduling.
o Make certain that products are released, rejected or reworked, when appropriate.
o Anticipate problem areas and resolve issues before they impact compliance, product quality, and availability.
o Streamline operations to ensure that the department operates efficiently for optimal productivity.
o Develop and implement laboratory documents (SOPs, Specifications, Protocols, and Reports).
o Train chemists as necessary.
o Performs other related duties as required.
• Performing laboratory tests in order to produce reliable and precise data to support scientific investigations;
