Duties​:
➢ Reconciling Control Accounts (Cash on Delivery COD, Online Payments OP and Vendors) on a daily & monthly basis.
➢ Monthly Payments for 500+ Vendors.
➢ Preparing monthly master payable report.
➢ Preparing daily analysis report for Sales, Service & Parts Department.
➢ Preparing Sales Staffs & Drivers incentive based on various factors.
➢ Coordinate & Finalize with Accountant for Bank Reconciliation.
➢ Finalization of Monthly MIS Report & other Management reports.
➢ Monitor and control the flow of cash receipts and disbursements to meet the project and investment needs.

Monthly Duties:
➢ Responsible for general ledger month-end closing tasks for multiple leger entries. Review general ledger activity, enter and update recurring journal entries.
➢ Performing balance sheet accounts reconciliations and supporting details. Update accounting master records as needed.
➢ Managing fixed & intangible assets activities with Monthly depreciation & amortization computation.
➢ Responsible for preparing & maintaining schedule for Prepaid and accrued expenses.
➢ Performing payroll accounting, make payroll entries and maintain payroll files with calculations, changes, deduction, overtime.
➢ Key personnel responsible for liaison with auditors in providing details of transactions and events and other audit related areas.
