1. Accounts Receivable: creating internal and external invoices, follow up on collections.
2. Revenue Management: reconciliation of all revenue accounts.
3. Bank Accounts: reconciliation of local and foreign currency bank accounts.
4. Tax: prepare US employees' taxes on a monthly basis and generate annual W2 for tax filing.
5. Prepare monthly payroll.
6. Bookkeeping of internal transactions.
7. Working in accounts payable while performing the reconciliation of vendors' advances.
Applying substantive testing on the following financial areas:
Income statement figures
Inventory stock counts
Archiving, footing and crossfooting of the financial statements
Assist in the prepration of the annual statements
