•Use relevant agreements, policies and legislation to provide expert human resources consulting advice to managers and staff regarding recruitment, performance management, employee relations, conditions and benefits and employee support services.
•Create, monitor, and amend HR policies & procedures in line with Quality Management System.
•Planning, developing, identifying and accomplishment of training needs of staff.
•Develop & maintaining files for training programs, schedule and log.
•Provide support and assistance to all employees through counselling and coaching using the appropriate method in line with the Company’s Employment Contract and other relevant guidelines.
•Initiate Performance Appraisal cycle and coordinate with all departments for timely actions with reccomedations from HOD & Management.
•Act as HR systems analyst for ORACLE E-Business Suite.
•Set the annual HR objectives in consultation with HR Manager.
•Preparing Recruitment advertisements, checking applicants, short listing, communication & coordination with HODs for interviews and communicating / negotiating job offer, compensation & benefits.
•Design and develop induction program for new staff.
•Create employee file, maintain updates and contract amendments on periodic & adhoc basic.
•Management Reporting - when required, produce reports and trend analysis for the organisation or for designated departments to assist in monitoring HR related matters.
•Integrate the Company Vision, Purpose and Values into all aspects of recruitment, training, policies and performance feedback.
•Perform coaching for staff when required to assist with staff personal development need.
•Under direction from HR Manager, undertake and participate in key human resources and training projects, researching issues and developing recommendations.
•Provide expert advice to managers regarding underperformance and disciplinary policies and procedures.
•Does Internal Audit of other departments in accordance with QMS.
•Attend departmental team meeting and become an advocate of HR services to these client groups.
•HR Point of Contact for all HR and Administration issues (status and follow ups)
• Attend to, track and respond to employees/managers needs, requests and project requirements.
• Contract Amendments, Change of employee’s salary & benefits.
• Family Visa requests (visit visa/permanent visas)
• Renewal of Iqamah / Multiple Exit Re-entry.
• HR related expense reports, claims and their status - (business expenses or travel not associated with vacation does NOT go through HR)
• Processing requests for Vacation/Leaves, Training and Business Trips (In/Out of Kingdom)
• Processing requests for advance payments (housing allowance/ Advance Salary/ Loan)
• End Employment processing/Clearance
• Transfers (from one project to another or company to other company in AHQ Group )
