Spearheading the preparation of company’s cash and fund flow reports for updating seniors.
Liaising with bankers for fund arrangement and treasury related job (including currency/gold selling and buying).
Executing margin calculations on dally basis for gold unfix gold accounts with bank.
Handling interest calculation on gold loans on monthly basis.
Monitoring company’s gold operations with bank (including gold payments).
Maintaining reports for customers post dated cheques.
Adhering to the company’s term loans & vehicle loans.
Handling trade finance operations and preparing Usance LC, Standby LC, Labour Bank Guarantees, Trust Receipts, etc.
Preparing trade finance related MIS reports for management.
Managing daily banking operations including preparing letters for bank transactions, following up with bank for invoice discounting, cheques discounting, inward & outward payments.
Overseeing activities related to fixed deposits i.e. negotiating with banks for good interest rates.
Executing reconciliation of currencies / gold (loans/unfix) bank accounts.
Preparing:
Month end reports for term loan, fixed deposits and gold.
Vouchers for interest and commission on TR / LC / DA / SBLC & BG.
Reporting to Director’s for there Personal Bank Accounts and Credit Cards.
Chief Tasks:
Handling a gamut of activities entailing:
Maintenance & finalization of accounts.
Dealing with banks & banks reconciliation.
Purchases and sales invoicing; stock register maintenance.
Computation of sales tax & income tax.
Accounts reconciliation of suppliers & customers.
Petty cash.
Payments & receipts.
Reconciliation of accounts (Receivable / Payable)
Chief Tasks:
Finalizing and auditing customers’ accounts.
Acting as a group member of Internal Auditors for Adani Vilmar Ltd., Bundi Factory (Rajasthan), India.
Executing income tax and TDS calculations; preparing income tax forms for clients.
