Kingdom Schools comprise a group of distinguished and Royal Elite ambitious private K-12
schools (a Royal Family boys’ school and a girls’ school, and a co-education kindergarten) in
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and were established by The Kingdom Holding Company .
The KHC consists of a select team of experienced investment specialists directed by
Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, in 2000. Kingdom Schools set their goal to be the leading
Royal private schools in Riyadh, and GEMS Education Solutions joined them in 2010 to
achieve this common goal.
Principal for 4000 high school students serving grades 1-12. Direct all aspects of school
operations, including instructional leadership, grant writing and management, program
planning and implementation, staff selection and evaluation, student placement and
discipline, school finance, and supervision.
Administer annual operating budget and supervise 300 professional and classified staff
members.
Under my leadership, a five-year strategic plan, Blueprint 2.0, has been drafted and Board
of Directors approved. Driven by our Theory of Action, Blueprint 2.0 defines globally
competitive graduates as students having access to personalized learning through a 1:1
digital learning environment and experiencing opportunities to become proficient in a
world language.
Chair KS High School Diversity Committee; built strong ties with the different
community members to create a climate of acceptance for all where all students feel
accepted.
Procured and administered the SAR 6 million grants for Classrooms for the Future.

Achieved measurable success with at-risk students through the development of an
alternative education program and higher grade teams for at-risk freshman as well as
implementation of Project G-12.
Developed, proposed, and implemented block scheduling and student advisory programs.
Consistently meet/exceed Annual Yearly Progress goals set forth by the No Child Left
Behind.
Induction of wifi state of the art facilities, co-extracurricular activities, swimming classes,
taekwondo classes, field and study trips, Squash, Soccer, winter and summer sales
organized by students, charity shows, musical and dramatic clubs, indoor and outdoor
games.
Orchestrated several school-wide programs addressing multicultural issues, anti-bullying
awareness, leadership, and student responsibility.
Major Achievements
OVERALL SAT, AP & IB candidates achieved 85-------98% pass rate.
Improved students’ reading 70% by employing flash card tactics and induction of group
discussions.
Created and implemented a grading evaluate minds which focused on students’ ability to perform
without the stress of impending exams, resulting in a 80% increase in grades .
Collaborated with other teachers, LMS and library services to launch Circle Time which resulted
in 84% more use of virtual learning .
Responsible for a special initiative “Rewrite the Future”, a Save the Student Alliance program to
provide improved education services for student in situations affected by conflict/fragile states
and in emergency response situations. Focus of direct program responsibility -program technical
quality in Riyadh, Damam, Jubail and Jeddah, helping education systems revitalize after
conflict and in analyzing the needs of fragile states for social services.
To create healthy atmosphere in college introduced various clubs, societies and taekwondo.
Induction of eSM & LEARN IN ME PROJECT system for faculty, students’ payroll, academic
records and evaluation. successfully introduced and trained faculty in the use of smart board
technology
