• Responsible for stopping and reporting unsafe acts and conditions, be convinced that all actions in territory are executed safely.
• Provide training for personnel to ensure understanding of goods HS&E practices, company procedures and regulatory requirements. Execute regular audits of place HSE and develop the plan of action accordingly.
• Investigate safety incidents together with HSE Department, to find out the right ways to prevent these incidents in future.
• Checkup conformity of all load-lifting mechanism in the strict consent with company rules.
• Maintains valid registrations and inspections for all fleet vehicles.
• Ensures that all repairs and maintenance of assets are coordinated and carried out on a daily basis.
• Maintains accurate records of vehicles & moving equipment such as crane, forklift in Company's document management systems.
• Facilitates vendor comparisons and selection to ensure responsiveness, reliability, quality and cost reduction.
• Ensures compliance with government rules and regulations and files paperwork in support of this compliance as needed.
• Responsible for keeping all materials in safe manner in warehouse as per the company rules.
• Responsible for the all warehouse activities, including for the correct material has to be provided upon the user inquiry.
• Approves monthly invoicing related to warehouse.
• Maintain all historical databases and records relative to warehouse crew such as training, citations, incidents, actions, and provide them to management via scheduled reports and upon special request.
• Calculates various key performance indicators related to fleet usage.
• Protects organizations values by keeping information confidential.
• Comply with Attendance Standards.
• Planning routes and load scheduling for multi-drop deliveries.
• Booking in deliveries and liaising with PLD Manager and customers.
• Allocating and recording resources and movements on the transport planning system.
• Conducting quality assurance tests on warehoused inventory.
• Ensuring all partners in the supply chain are working effectively and efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicating effectively with all departments and responding to their requirements.
• Monitoring warehouse costs.
• Participate in Warehouse yearly Budget and keep his views and suggestion for the allocation of budget with Management.
• Maintain and keep track of the training Matrix of warehouse employees and liaise with training department for the same.
• Maintain the safety standard inside warehouse as per the Guidelines of company HSE policy and BSC standard.
• Ensure the safety and security of all employees and visitors.
• Providing information to Project Management on all aspects of Material Control.
• Analysis and preparation of spare parts lists, warehouse operations control including manpower and plant scheduling.
• Reporting to company management on a weekly basis, preparing and submitting work progress charts, schedules and material status reports.
• Coordinating Procurement department and suppliers activities in accordance with project needs.
• Supervising receipt and inspection of materials, including assisting in the inspection duties. Setting up and reviewing of material certification.
• Control over stock level in warehouses, prepare material request based on requirements of production.
• Carried out internal audits to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency/accuracy.
• Conduct inventory and inspections.
• Prepare all kind of reports for Top Management.
• Prepare all kind of documentation, procedures and presentations for company related Supply chain Management.
• Implementing the best Quality Management notion according to ISO 9001.
• Prepare Company Warehouse Management Policy and Procedures.
• All other tasks related to position of Head of Material Control Department.
• Any other duties as may be assigned by PLD Manager.

• Responsible for refusing unsafe work and carrying out all work in accordance with the established safe-ty standards and work practices.
• Following all company policies and procedures, and ensuring all subordinates do also.
• Responsible for generating, coordinating and maintaining all material requisitions and requests.
• Responsible for maintain computerized inventory control and tracking.
• Responsible for receiving, reconciling and distributing all new materials.
• Assist Chief Engineer with input and controls of computerized maintenance programs are directed.
• Create and maintain documentation for hazardous material transport and materials requiring customs documentations.
• Monitor the stock onboard vessel and keep warehouse records.
• Control of all incoming material documentation, including manifest, delivery note, packing list, invoice, mill certificate, MSDS, etc.
• Reconcile inventory balances and make recommendations to warehouse staff to reduce the incidence of future stock check discrepancies.
• Responsible for preparing manifest for all shipments from the vessel.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly engineering and warehouse reports.
• Overall responsibility of warehouse onboard vessel.
• Any other duties as may be assigned by Chief Engineer.
