Reporting directly to the President of SWEDTEL.
Main responsibilities are as follows:
Organizational Development
• Study and manage the Organizational Development needs regarding people, process, and culture perspective
• Work with line managers on the design and delivery of appropriate and relevant Personal Development Plans for their staff; to ensure best use of the development budgets and ensuring annual training plans are in place.
• Work with Senior Management to manage internal promotions, transfers, and other workforce development opportunities in conjunction with general professional development and succession planning.
• Leading on the development of staff skills and knowledge database to maximize the diverse talents of the organization.
• Conducting Job analysis and defining Job Descriptions for every available role in coordination with department managers
• Taking initiatives that foster a high-performance culture, where valuing learning, continuous improvement and diversity are the norm.
HR Operations
• Responsible for the development and administration of programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the employees with the strategic goals of the company
• Develop Annual Manpower Plan and Manpower Budget in close coordination with the operations of the business
• Monitor & manage the recruitment process for all grades (selection, interviews, contract negotiation, on-boarding)
• Manage and supervise Saudization requirements, HR System and government portals (including QIWA, Muqeem, GOSI, MOL, COC ec.)
• Suggesting reward systems based on the annual performance reports
• Monitor staff on dimensions including time management, quality of work etc.. so that respective functions are carried out effectively and efficiently
• Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relations and labor relations issues
• Prepare reports of HR activities and statistics.
• Maintain and protect confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment, and care

Supervision of inputting, updating / validation / administration of information into Microsoft Dynamics GP
Conduct Performance Appraisal for Direct/Indirect and Contract Employees
Organize Employee Training Requirements
Budgeting all the administrative requirements and keeping controls accordingly
Responsible for the office management of administrative issues
Prepare Company New Comer Orientation package.
Process monthly payroll
