Troubleshooting SD-WAN appliance in Linux shell offsite and onsite.
▪ Fine tuning scripts to fix issues on linux shell for critical customers.
▪ Writing KBs for issue which are not documented to help the team to get up to date with
the new bugs, solutions and workarounds.
▪ Supporting enterprise customers for SDWAN Gateway appliances and fixing their network
issue by using Linux shell (RedHat, Linux WRT) commands.
▪ Working on critical accounts for WAN Optimization issue which customer face for their
SMB, MAPI, O365, HTTPS/SSL traffic.
▪ Troubleshooting mesh VPN on SD-WAN deployment for our customers.
▪ Using Wireshark to troubleshoot complex issues on communication networks from layer
1 to layer-7 of the OSI model.
▪ Keeping management up to date about the customer issue and their requirement if the
customer has particular feature enhancement need on our products.
▪ Taking ownership of the customer issue while providing timely assistance depending on
the case severity (P1, P2, P3 or P4) and documenting KB articles.
Prevented VLAN-based attack by implementing Switch Spoofing and 802.1q double
tagging. Configured DHCP spoofing, and ARP Spoofing.
▪ Configured site-to-site VPN and GRE Tunnels.
