• Manage the IT department, ensuring delivery of appropriate service, support and information to all users where the event takes place.

• Implement data security solutions which include McAfee Data Leakage and Prevention and 2.factors Authentication.
• Implement network related information technology infrastructure on various technologies which includes Fiber optic & Wireless LAN & WAN, VOIP Technologies and Laying of Fiber Optics, MOTOROLA Walkie Talkie Solution for operations, PABX system solutions and Attendance system solution.
• Assist the top management in managing IT audit staff and in the planning, organizing, directing, and monitoring of IT audit operations, including assisting in hiring, training, and evaluating staff; taking corrective actions to address performance problems.
• Prepare annual plans and budgets to meet the strategic objectives of the Technical Support function of IT department.
• Prepare Annual Maintenance Contracts (SLA) for Technical Support of department.
