• Spearhead efforts in Product Development (including NPD) and improvement of existing products
• Review and improve RM inspection procedures as well as suppler evaluation procedures to ensure quality supplies
• Implement, manage and maintain QMS standards and related procedures and ensure documentation as per guidelines
• Initiate the Food Safety concept and Hygienic practices in the plant
• Manage day to day QA / QC activities in production, packaging and warehouse operations
• Lead and coach QA/QC team, and train of the entire production staff on Quality, Personal hygiene, and GMP
• Analyze and take customer complaints to successful resolution
• Formulate business strategies to achieve the targets set for the department
• Manage products portfolio of existing and new items as per demand, and build inventory working with suppliers
• Develop & execute QA Projects for In-Store Product Processing (Bakery, Meat), to enhance sales & profitability of respective dept
• Develop and implement the SOPs related to Quality Assurance and Operations Management
• Develop, engage and empower team; and improve employee performance and compliance through training
• Track, monitor and replenish inventory from time to time based on business forecast and sales plan
• Collaborate with other functions to improve the business, productivity and quality standards
• Monitor and analyze customer feedbacks, and proactively initiate efforts to minimize customer complaints
• Coordinate with suppliers, store, and field sales, and manage the relationships to achieve performance levels
• Identify the needs of customers and work on the opportune areas to satisfy them in order to improve the business with them
• Manage manufacturing operations from RM planning & procurement through product dispatch
• Lead all activities in products & process development, new products development and launch
• Control and optimize productivity of 3Ms (Man, Machine & Material)
• Look after the QA/QC function, Maintenance, Warehouse & Production Operations
• Ensuring the production as per specifications.
• Oversee production order planning, production and dispatch, while optimizing yield and productivity
• Ensure quality through GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), SPC (Statistical Process Control) & OPC (Online Process Control)
