Responsibilities
Sales Department
• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy and drive revenue growth from Rs.1 million per month to Rs.4 million per month in initial years and then subsequently increasing every year.
• Analyze and streamline the sales process to enhance efficiency.
• Forecast sales trends and establish budgets for optimal resource allocation. Current year’s assigned sales target was Rs.151 million, whereas, sales target achieved are Rs.197 million, an increase of around 31% from assigned sales target.
• Targeted sales training programs to equip the sales team of 60 staff members with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Administration Department
• Establish efficient office and records management practices to ensure organized and accessible information.
• Optimize resource allocation to maximize productivity and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage vendors and facilities effectively to support smooth operations and maintain a conducive work environment.
Procurement Department
• Explore multiple vendors, build relationships, and negotiate prices in best interest of the company.
• Purchase new inventory of Books costing Rs.2 million per month by overseeing inventory stocking and availability.
• Generate reports, documents and analysis in QuickBooks Software for senior management review and approval.
• Reduced purchasing costs @ 25% by streamlining contract bidding and procurement processes.

• Promoted from “Deputy Manager” to “General Manager” within my first year into the job.
• The long-term relationship I built with the vendors helped reduce the vendor selection time record of the company by 25%. Achieved sales target @ 31% more as per assigned sales targets.
