Supervising all company’s main packages tenders process starting from preparing the contractors list & sending the letter of interest until awarding the tender to the successful bidder.
Providing the support to the management during the pre-tender process starting from reviewing all tender documents, proposing all area of cost saving, arranging the value engineering proposals till we float the tender to our shortlisted contractors.
Finalizing the selection of all the tender provisional sums and prime cost items.
Responsible for preparing jobs inquiries and ensure that all are included correct specification to have right price reply. Responsible for evaluating and qualifying suppliers and contractors Managing purchasing of permanent and consumable materials Update the subcontractors and suppliers database Review and advice on procurement requests to ensure that they are acceptable in terms of specification, budget and delivery time. Negotiation with the suppliers and sign purchase orders up to authorized value. Preparing recommendation in form of comparison sheet to high management and award the contracts.

I worked with Saleh construction as a project manager for one biggest Emergency and Trauma centre in the middle east. I delivered this landmark job on the planned time with a higher profit than planned. This success because of the strict adherence of the time scheduled, procurement schedule, health and safety requirement and standing on day today activity in terms of progress and quality. This success is promoted me to be the with the top managerial level as a procurement manager and start participated in the company decision making. I started the procurement from the scratches till it came one of the strongest departments in the company.
