I am a Collaborative Technical Leader with over 20 years of wells engineering and well operations experience at BP, with deep technical skills in Completions, Workover, Well Intervention and Well Integrity. My track record demonstrates high performance delivery, with a strong emphasis on safety, reliability, and operational efficiency across diverse regions, including Azerbaijan, North Sea, Egypt, Angola, Mauritania & Senegal, as well as experience working in the US and UK headquarters.
I have successfully led multi-disciplinary teams through complex projects involving HPHT and horizontal wells, deep-water subsea and offshore platform operation, sand control and stimulation, multi-zone and intelligent completions, well testing, and well services, including wireline, slickline and Coil Tubing intervention. My exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills enable me to manage diverse, multi-cultural teams effectively across various locations, applying agile methodologies and aligning various stakeholders.
I excel at building strong relationships with internal and external parties, including government officials. Passionate about mentoring, I have guided and supported many young engineers, who have advanced to successful careers in multiple regions.
As a Chartered Engineer (CEng MIMechE and MIMMM), I bring a well-rounded combination of technical expertise and leadership skills to enhance wells performance and operational efficiency. I have authored several technical papers and presented at international conferences, including SPE, ADIPEC and OTC.
