Implement the project quality plan, Maintain quality of all project activities according to design & specification.
Review of method statement, Inspection and test plan, check sheet and related procedure.
Proper inspection & supervisor excavation, compaction and backfilling and conduct the FDT test according to project Design and ASTM specification.

Maintain Quality during the placing of concrete according to project design and ASTM specification.

Maintain Quality of Concrete masonry Unite CMU, Plaster Work according to project design & specification.
Generate Requests for Inspection (RFI) or Work Inspection Request (WIR) where required providing sufficient notice for Hold, Witness and Inspection points.
Generate MIR (Material Inspection Request) of approved material where required.
Control NCR to be closed out within the due date and to prepare Corrective Action Plan, preventive action plan and root causes properly.
Preparing RFI/MIR and concrete pouring log.
Coordinate with consult site inspector to check the ongoing project activities and development.
Responsible for all aspect related to project Quality Assurance and quality control. Generate Requests for Inspection (RFI) / Work Inspection Request (WIR) where required providing sufficient notice for Hold, Witness and Inspection points.
Carry out all site inspection through RFA’s, WTR’s along with proper attachment i.e.,
approved check sheet, approved ITP and approved shop Drawing. Controlling all inspection activities on site.
