• Prepare Invoices for Customers with complete recording and Filing
• Recording of Revenue in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards.
• Prepare and Analyze Income Statement, Balance sheet and statement of cash flows.
• Proactively work with the other Departments to improve efficiency and effectiveness of finance processes and procedures.
• Dealing all Payroll related issues including its verification, timely payment, Costing and Reporting for two companies Using ERP Sage.
• Fixed Assets Module including fixed assets register maintenance, Addition / deletion of assets, reviewing the accuracy of depreciation charged.
• Management of Petty cash as per the Group Policy
• Recording the VAT as per FTA standards, differentiating the zero rated items and standard rated items and finalizing it upto the quarter payment of tax with other team members.
• Involved with the banking management team member to learn about LCs, LGs and other bank related issues and their complete recording from recording the liabilities until their settlement.
• Active involvement in the month end closing of accounts with all the necessary adjustments including prepayment, Employee advances, depreciation and other sister companies reconciliation and finalizing the accounts to send to the group on timely basis
.
• Ensuring that all month closing tasks including schedules, month-end timetable, reconciliations, management reports, booking of accruals and period closing is done on time with accuracy.
• Prepare and Analyze Income Statement, Balance sheet and statement of cash flows.
• Proactively work with the other Departments to improve efficiency and effectiveness of finance processes, policies and procedures.
• Dealing all Payroll related issues including its verification, timely payment, Costing and Reporting through HRMS.
• Supervise and review the Fixed Assets Module including fixed assets register maintenance, Addition / deletion of assets, reviewing the accuracy of depreciation charged and Quarterly Stock Take.
• Managing the cash management module in ERP including doing reconciliation of bank accounts.
• Preparation of forecasted cash flow statement as on Adhoc basis.
• Reviews bank and Vendor reconciliation on an ongoing basis before payments are effected.
• Excellent understanding and Knowledge of IFRS.
• Liaison with External auditors to make sure that reporting deadlines are met and providing them all the data requested.
• Enforce cut off Procedures are adhered and drive periodic closure of books of accounts.
• Preparation of monthly Management Accounts and performance measurement reports.
Preparation & Implementation of Standards Operating Procedures (SOPs);
- Collating, checking and analyzing spreadsheet data,
- Checking that financial reports and records are accurate and reliable.
- Identifying if and where processes are not working as they should, and advising on changes to be made,
- Presentation of quarterly/ monthly financial reports to senior Management;
- Complete inspection of financial documents;
- Maintained adequate working papers, prepared detailed schedules and other information supporting
yearly financial reports.
