• Managing corporate databases on Sybase ASE 12.0/12.5/15 with Replication Servers.
• Schedules, supervises, monitors and gives instruction to less experienced colleagues in all aspects of database administration. Ensures that all tasks and procedures are carried out effectively and efficiently to agreed levels of service.
• Responsible to manage the mission critical application running on Sybase Adaptive Server Enterprise & Sybase Replication environment.

Presently Managing two databases of about 200 users. Involved in software development projects alongwith a team of Java developers for problem analysis, design & implementations.
