Develop and maintain a project management framework that supports various project types across the organization
Establish and enforce project management methodologies, standards, templates, tools and best practices
Define project governance structures & oversee their implementation
Facilitate communication and collaboration among projects stakeholders, including sponsors,
executives, and team members
Monitor projects progress and performance, and ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and appointed budget
Prepare periodic status/progress reports by gathering, analyzing, summarizing information & then communicate to senior management
Identify potential risks and issues associated with projects and develop mitigation strategies
Track project expenses and financial performance, identifying variances and taking corrective actions as needed
Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth transitions & adoption of project deliverables within the organization
Coordinate & facilitate communication between various stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow & timely resolution of issues
Identify & manage interfaces & dependencies between different project elements
Conduct regular meetings & reviews to assess progress, address concerns & align activities
Manage & coordinate the Civil Defense (CDA) Approvals, including CDA Consultants site assessment surveys, reports & workshops
Analyze potential risks associated with interface points & develop mitigation strategies
Ensure that project requirements and specifications are clearly communicated & understood by all parties involved
Monitor & track interface-related activities, milestones & deliverables
Provide regular updates & reports to project leadership on interface management status & issues
Lead the mechanical engineering aspects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget & schedule
Review project specifications, drawings & documents to identify mechanical design requirements & constraints
Perform technical reviews of contractor proposals, submittals & change orders to ensure compliance with project requirements
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, issues & implement corrective actions as necessary to mitigate delays & cost overruns
Conduct site inspections and attend project meetings to verify compliance with design specifications, codes, & standards
Interface with clients, regulatory agencies & third-party consultants to address technical inquiries & resolve engineering-related issues
Participate in kickoff meetings, design & value engineering workshops to develop innovative solutions & optimize project outcomes
Review project method statements and test plans (ITPs)
Support the construction phase by responding to RFIs and addressing design-related issues
Conduct energy audit and prepare reports summarizing findings, recommendations & potential energy savings opportunities
Assist clients in implementing energy conservation measures (ECMs) and integrating smart property solutions with their existing systems
Lead the LEED Commissioning (Cx) processes & ensure the systems operate efficiently and meet performance criteria
Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, equipments schedules and BOQs of mechanical systems including HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Gas systems etc
Perform load calculations, sizing, and selection of equipments
Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
Collaborate with architects, structural engineers & other stakeholders to integrate mechanical systems seamlessly into building designs
Conduct site surveys to assess existing conditions and gather necessary data for system design
