Supporting the Marketing Manager/Head of Marketing by liaising & networking with local & regional intra-organization teams, agencies & vendors to carry out day to day departmental requirements.
Close collaboration with agencies, vendors & relevant departments like procurement, operations & finance to initiate, communicate & execute all marketing activities & media plans.
Maintain archives of all brand related artwork, including packaging, POS & promotional materials, manuals & documentation
Conduct research to identify potential opportunities for showcasing brand visibility through local & regional exhibitions, events, trade fairs, etc.
Holistic management of such events like Gulfood, HORECA, Kuwait Food Festival, among others right from securing management approvals, budget planning, coordinating with event organizers & contractors to mobilization of materials, equipment, products & manpower.
Briefing the graphics team on the design, layout and artworks of promotional/campaign material and thereafter supervising the production of all such marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, banners, danglers, TV slides, Megas, MUPIs, van branding, shelf talkers, light boxes, signage, etc.
Engage social media influencers for posting content on brand campaigns and product introduction
Managing the company’s social media presence such as its webpage, Facebook, Instagram & store locations on Google maps.
Develop social media content by organizing photoshoots and preparing write-ups
Assigned special projects such as competitor research & price analysis.
Ensure efficient spending of marketing budget.
Tracking, preparing budget reports and MIS reports.
Coordinate daily activity to track location and movement of inventory. Provide reports to internal and external customers as required also coordinate product delivery schedules with customers. Answers questions regarding sourcing from internal and external customers as needed.
Coordinate with operating department to manage inventory levels at multiple plant locations and provide support to multiple departments within the organization.
Utilize various transportation provider software systems, to facilitate material movement planning and scheduling. Works closely with providers to assure efficient and effective execution of defined processes and goods transportation.
Organizes and maintains hard copy and electronic documentation. Prepare and update monthly logistics, schedule to assure deliveries. Codes, and prepares proper paperwork for billing and authorization of a variety of invoices per defined processes.
Ensures inventory accuracy by coordinating system to system as well as other manual inventory and adjustment processes.
Assist in obtaining necessary transportation permits for inbound and outbound shipments. Initiates overcharge of freight bill claims with carriers and tracks.
