Sales and Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
1- Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
2- Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
3- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
4- Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
5- Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
6- Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
7- Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
8- Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
- Taking on Bigger Responsibilities, have to do the balancing act of managing technical processes and teams along with using my technical skills to provide the necessary environment for project success.
- Plan and carry out sales activities to maintain and develop sales of the company’s services and products in accordance with agreed business plans and individual targets within the assigned territory.

- Follow up ongoing opportunities to ensure successful achievement.
Service Engineer participates in and supports the implementation of the Service leading practices. Executes technical support and solves problems in own expertise area. Manages, coordinates and performs service projects internally and externally. Proactively identifies potential equipment failures and requests proactive corrective actions. Regularly communicates both with the customer and ABB sales teams to ensure we understand customer needs and utilize business opportunities for service growth.
Tasks:
-SCADA SYSTEM Installation and Commissioning .
Health and Safety :
- Apply safety rules and safe practices as well as environmental responsibilities.
- Report unsafe practices and incidents.
Service Delivery :
- Provide technical support and solve problems in own expertise area in any service task repair, extension, upgrades, migration, retrofits .
- Manage, coordinate and perform service projects internally and externally, create milestones, project plan, cost supervision, action steps, project reviews, project supervision, including all commercials.
- Secure delivery and execution according to customer order and expectation .
- Ensure a tidy and safe work environment
- Troubleshoot equipment failure and make recommendations to avoid repeating the problem in the future.
- Communicate with customer and inform when the work is completed.
- Report work (act, problems, causes, remedial, hours).
- Follow up work order when needed .
- Calculate and work out of tenders for customer solutions .

on ABB Approach:
- Investigate customer needs by professional consulting, e.g. for complex requirements
- Manage customer relationships and maintain regular contacts with customer.
- Co-operate actively with other ABB units to achieve common targets.
- Work closely with sales team and provide it information on service related opportunities.
- Provide marketing material to customer.
Leadership:
- Provide technical leadership and coordination for the service team
- Create and develop good team spirit Continuous improvement :
- Proactively identify potential equipment failures and request proactive corrective actions
- Participate in maintenance meetings (e.g. in PM reviews)
- Participate in improvement activities (e.g. in Root cause analysis (RCA))
• Responsible for end to end Core Network optimization and connection when needed, troubleshooting the day to day problems for (UMG8900, SOFTX3000, HLR9820, CSOFTX3000 & IGWB ) and network.
•Perform data service test according to the project requirements, make a data service test report, and analyze the problems of data service test if required & Perform drive test for each cell according to delivery report.
•Collect and analyze subscriber complaint, locating the network problem and solve the problem.
•Master using and knowledge of Huawei CDMA troubleshooting, monitoring and optimization tools such as M2000.
•Perform, review and maintain the operation tasks procedures and acceptance documents and clarify the operation risks mitigation.
•Responsible of handling end to end the critical problems including the interface with vendors and external teams, and provide suggestions and recommendations.
•Coordinate with all involved teams to put the new switches on air after the phase of production.
. Did lots of (night & day) operations, to improve our services, fix some bugs or upgrading version.
•Handling on call and duty activities with on site interventions in all switches 24/7.
•Supervision of hardware installation & software configuration of HUAWIE NSS Equipments for KALIMATTELECOM project at Kirkuk, Baghdad, Najaf & Basrah.
