Oversee IT Operations for the digital bank, including Applications, Cloud
Infrastructure, Data Center Infrastructure, DevOps, end-user platforms, IT
Service Management and Site Reliability Engineering.
Ensure early involvement in new initiatives and product development to oversee
the build of necessary cloud infrastructure and other dependencies, embedding

electronic bill presentment and payment), and Apple Pay (mobile payment and
digital wallet service).
Monitored service delivery to ensure compliance with budget, quality standards, and customer requirements, focusing on optimizing system performance and customer satisfaction.
Led technical projects from conception to completion, collaborating closely with
customer-nominated representatives to ensure objectives were met and exceeded, fostering a strong, customer-focused relationship.
Provided leadership and consulting on specific operations activities and projects that were part of the SADAD payment system's engagement.
Developed and managed new IT Service Management processes compliant with
ISO 20000 standards, alongside crafting disaster recovery procedures for SADAD Payment Systems.
Managed the technical aspects of merging SADAD Payment Systems with the General Department of Payment Services of SAMA to form Saudi Payments.
