• Assure availability of (Material flow, operating machines, testing equipment, and personal) for production process
• Selection and acquisition of machines, operating resources, and supplies
• Determine team required competency, selection, team development, and performance evaluation
• Provide technical support for all production areas
• Handling internal & external feedback, complaints, concerns, and/or performance deviation and take required corrective actions
• Managing all planned/unplanned maintenance activities including all needed analysis and improvements for (Wire Cutting, Twisting, Molding, Ultrasonic, insertion, Applicators and Testing Machines)
• Maintain the spare parts according to specific value
• Coordinates the planning and management of investment budget for production equipment Achievements:
• Transfer "Volvo" project from Ukraine to Egypt and change the production concept to reduce the production time by 17% by using assembly and test concept on the same station.
• Applying Computerized Maintenance Management (SAP) instead of (APIPRO).
Responsibilities:
• Applying the lean concept in the production area (KATA, MAKIGAMY and KOSU)
• Continues Improvement (CI) Management
• Visualization Management
• Total Productivity Management

Responsibilities:
• Planning production daily routines.
• Supervising the production workers
• Maintain high standard of the production line.
• Monitoring the production operations.
• Assigning tasks to the production staff
• Make sure the implementation of the Quality standard
Responsibilities:
• New Plant Startup (New Customer “BMW)
• Establishing a new department (Technical Service, Facility Management, Process, Maintenance, CNC Workshop, Purchasing and SHE)
• Train the team
• Applying new customer standard
Responsibilities:
• Design the Test Program to Test the Car Harness
• Maintenance Management
• Managing the Technicians and Supervisors to Achieve the Production Need
• Monitor and Analyze Equipment' Electrical Breakdowns data with the Objective of Developing and Implementing planned maintenance Procedures
Responsibilities:
• Maintenance of All Factories Machines
• Managing the technicians to achieve the Maintenance Plan
