To utilizes my skills as a HSE Engineer to protect employee and other organizational factors from risk to health and safety and combine effort to achieve the business objective on the cost effective basis and the implementation of health and safety policy in the organization
• Prepare and submit Weekly and Monthly Environmental and Safety Reports.
• Participate in Weekly Safety/ Environmental Walkthrough.
• Assist in the development of project JSA/JHA and site required documents to achieve the company HSE objective.
• Prepare and submit the environmental and EHS Monthly, weekly and daily training report to the Management and client
• Prepare training schedule as per the site specifications
• Deliver Training on different Safety topics.
• Rectified the site Safety/Environmental issues.
• Attend the Monthly Environmental Meeting
• Prepare 5-Star Documentation and reports
• Attend Weekly and Monthly Audit and Inspection.
• Conducting Safety Inspections of all Lifting Gears and Equipment, Portable Power Tools and Hand Tools in monthly basis.
• Enforce Company Site Safety Rules and Regulations.
• Checking of work permit.
• Daily inspection of work site.
• Checking of sign board and warning tap.
• Checking the house keeping in work place.
• Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Checking the crane line and parking position.
• Checking the Gas cylinder and type of Gas, regular and calibrated.
• Checking personal protection and related equipment.
• During emergency to stop all activities and send the people and safe area.
• Developed / conducted safety induction training & tool box talks program
• Developed work permit system for hot, cold, excavation, confined space entry, etc.
• Developed / implemented color code system, for lifting equipment / fire prevention equipment inspection & record procedures.
• Monitor excavation, re-bar, form work and concrete pouring activities.
• Developed warning & prohibition slogan and safety publicity posters
• Monitor project site housekeeping.
