Implementation Manager
• Responsible for the development and management of company project plans and keeping management aware of updates and current status.
• Communicate closely with procurement and contractor on Budgets and Acceptance for each project phase; present technical details.

Projects Detail:
• DWDM project delivery for FIFA Worldcup2022 for Event & BCN network.
• 5G IBS deployment and launch in Mall of Qatar, DFC Mushrib Downtown, FIFA2022 stadiums.
• RSBG-5G active DAS solution deployment in Hamad International airport & QNCC for with 2000 + Antenna.
• Successfully delivered Indoor Mobile network in Mushrib Downtown, Q-Rail Metro, MOQ, QNM, Vendome Mall, The Pearl Qatar IBS project and FIFA-2022 stadiums for Ooredoo and Vodafone.
• Delivered 200+ IBS sites across the Qatar since 2018 with VFQ and Ooredoo for new deployment and sharing solution.
• 100 MW hopes deployment with E-band links with different configuration. And capacity upgrade from 1G to 10G in MW transmission (RTN380) for 5G services in existing network.
• Play an integral role in existing client relationship management, new business development and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients.
• Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through direct sales channels.
• Responsible for planning and monitoring successful delivery of projects with higher Management.
• Actively involved in existing process improvement/change, while designing and refining the SOPs to achieve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the projects while they are 'in-field', making sure that the project will be delivered on time, and of a high quality, that meet the client's / Vendor’s specification.

• Managing Swap project, with complete responsibilities of E2E delivery on Huawei Asia-cell project.
• Deployment of 65 sites of Wimax network for Newroz telecom in Sulimaniya Iraq.
• Telecom Implementation of two Core rooms and 150 sites (including RT & GF) of Huawei Wimax turnkey solution for Nawras Oman and their acceptance from customer.
• Done I&C of 280 plus MW links for Huawei RTN 600 series, including X-PIC, HSB, SD configuration also supervise Telecom Implementation as per Huawei Standard.
• DAS installation as per schematic of IBS planner and make actual BOQ (Bill of Quantity).
• Supervise 30 IBS sites for DAS implementation shopping malls, Luxury apartments/hotels, Business centers, and hospitals in Bahrain 3rd mobile License project for VIVA.
• Schedule the implementation of work according to building management willing and timings.
• Done Integration and Commissioning of approx 80 plus links for Huawei microwave transmission product RTN 600 series, including X-PIC, HSB, SD configuration.
• Hard ware installation of Huawei RNC/BSC for Viva Bahrain 3rd mobile Operator.
• Manage two Subcontractors with six teams in a region for all relevant jobs to MW transmission and site deployment for Kuwait 3rd Mobile License turnkey project.
• Done Integration, commissioning and troubleshooting of the microwave links (protected & unprotected) of different frequencies including 11G, 15G, 23G and 38G with Configuration of 1+0, 1+1, HSB, X-PIC and Space diversity at different Hops for about 250 links using Huawei NSM (T2000 & Web LCT).
• Installation and configuration of external alarm at pure Hub sites on microwave indoor equipment (IDU RTN-620).
• Prepare low level Microwave design documents for Hub and end sites, also PAT documents of transmission part.
• Supervised hard ware installation of Huawei BTS/NodeB and RNC/BSC for Viva Kuwait 3rd mobile Operator.
• Looking all the issues of MW transmission in a defined region till site handover to O&M department.
Area profiling, Site Acquiring and Acquisition. Performing Line of Site (LOS) surveys, Technical Site Survey Testing and reporting for MW transmission. Determination of Suitable Heights for MW antennas using software. I was responsible for Installation of MW indoor & outdoor equipment of different Hops.
