• Being the Product Manager, my role requires me to work in close collaboration with the product and IT teams to lead and coordinate multiple projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Together with the Portfolio Manager, I manage the product portfolio where I align with other teams to deliver the projects timely and adequately.

• Rolling out parking integrations projects in last fiscal year which helped the company to go from 0 to 100 bookings per day within 3 months.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction across the product lifecycle by validating the end-2-end solution.
• Acting as the proxy between customer and technical teams towards solution design.
• Evaluating the impact of new features on product roadmaps through a deep understanding of customer needs.

• Designed and analysed end-2-end business process in support with the architect to replace old authentication management process with Okta based SSO-authentication mechanism that impacted +700 users across Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and UK.
• Implemented partner integrations for the company, which helped them expand their business network and resulted into increased turnover for the company. This based on REST/SOAP Protocols.
• Implemented an automated bidding mechanism in collaboration with BI team that helped the business receive relevant bids and reduced incoming of irrelevant bids from partners.
• Implemented real time transport project for the operations department in collaboration with BI team that helped them predict precise timings for vehicle pick and drop.
• Implemented Salesforce integration project for our sales department.
• Integration of remote desktop solution for the CRM department.
